Smart Select 24/7 installs and operates AI-powered, self-serve micro market systems in commercial and institutional locations. Our services include:

  • Installation of smart pantry, fridge, and freezer units

  • AI-powered product recognition technology

  • Digital payment processing (credit, debit, mobile wallet)

  • Digital price tags and LED display systems

  • Inventory management, stocking, and maintenance

  • Remote monitoring and operational support

All equipment remains the property of NIJ Smart Micro Markets Ltd.

3. Use of our A.I.-Powered Machines

By using a Smart Select 24/7 system, you agree to:

  • Use a valid payment method when accessing units

  • Not tamper with, damage, or misuse equipment

  • Not attempt to remove unpaid merchandise

  • Follow all posted instructions displayed on digital screens

Smart Select 24/7 reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these Terms.

4. Payment & Transactions

All purchases are processed electronically.

  • Charges are applied upon door closure and transaction confirmation.

  • Pricing is displayed digitally and may change without prior notice.

  • In the event of a billing discrepancy, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Smart Select 24/7 uses secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.

5. Product Availability & Pricing

7. Equipment Ownership & Liability

All Smart Select 24/7 equipment—including hardware, shelving, AI systems, digital displays, and payment devices—remains the sole property of NIJ Smart Micro Markets Ltd.

Users and host locations may not:

  • Relocate equipment

  • Modify hardware or software

  • Install third-party devices

  • Interfere with system operations

We are not responsible for losses resulting from:

  • Power outages

  • Internet disruptions

  • Third-party payment processor issues

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

8. Data & Privacy

Smart Select 24/7 may collect limited operational and transaction data for:

  • Payment processing

  • Inventory management

  • Performance analytics

  • System security

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, trademarks, logos, content, digital displays, and proprietary technology associated with Smart Select 24/7 are the intellectual property of NIJ Smart Micro Markets Ltd. or its partners.

10. Host Location Agreements

Locations hosting Smart Select 24/7 systems are governed by separate written agreements outlining:

  • Revenue sharing or amenity fee terms

  • Installation and service conditions

  • Liability allocation

  • Termination terms

These public Terms do not replace contractual agreements with host partners.

11. Digital Display Advertising Rights

Smart Select 24/7 reserves the right to display promotional content, product advertisements, brand messaging, and third-party advertising on the digital LED display screens integrated into its micro market systems.

Advertising content may include, but is not limited to:

  • Product promotions

  • Brand partnerships

  • Seasonal or time-sensitive marketing campaigns

  • Third-party commercial advertisements

  • Smart Select 24/7 corporate messaging

Any customized advertising arrangements, revenue-sharing models, or restrictions related to digital display content at a specific host location shall be governed by a separate written agreement between Smart Select 24/7 and the host Client.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Smart Select 24/7 retains full control over digital display content.

  • Advertising rights remain the exclusive property of NIJ Smart Micro Markets Ltd.

  • Display content may be updated remotely without prior notice.

Host locations do not acquire ownership or control over digital advertising inventory unless expressly outlined in a separate advertising or partnership agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Select 24/7 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our micro market systems

  • Delayed transactions

  • Product unavailability

  • Technical malfunctions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the disputed transaction.

13. Insurance Coverage

Smart Select 24/7 – Micro Market Convenience, operated by NIJ Smart Micro Markets Ltd., maintains active commercial insurance coverage through Brownstone Insurance Managers.

Our insurance coverage includes, but is not limited to:

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance

  • Coverage for installed micro market equipment and related assets

This insurance is maintained to protect Smart Select 24/7, host locations, and the public in connection with the operation of our AI-powered micro market systems.

Proof of insurance or additional details regarding coverage may be provided upon written request. Interested parties may contact us directly for further information.

Nothing in this section alters or limits liability provisions outlined elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions or in separate host location agreements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, arbitration in Ontario.

15. Modifications

Smart Select 24/7 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
